The actress' last film was 2019's Among the Shadows.
Lindsay Lohan is making her anticipated comeback!
On Monday, Netflix announced that the 34-year-old actress is set to star in an upcoming romantic comedy.
According to the streaming service, Lohan will play a "newly engaged and spoiled hotel heiress who finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner and his precocious daughter after getting total amnesia in a skiing accident."
The forthcoming film will mark the Mean Girls alum's return to the screen since the 2019 horror flick Among the Shadows. Prior to that, Lohan had a recurring role in the 2018 British comedy Sick Note.
Back in 2020, Lohan revealed that she intended to "start filming again in the U.S"
"I’m managing my sister, so I want to really focus on me and everything that I can do in my life and come back to America and start filming again, which I’m doing something soon in this new year", she told New Year's Eve Live co-hosts Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen at the time.
