The host announced through a video that he doesn't like the way he looks and is ready to make a change
James Corden expressed he's fed up with his weight and tired of trying to lose some lbs without any good results."I’m fed up with the way I look, I’m fed up with being unhealthy, with 'this is the year I’m doing it,'" he continued. "Because of that, over Christmas, I’ve eaten everything that’s in the fridge because in my head in January I’m starting this diet and it’ll be a success. And as you can see it hasn’t."
The news were shared by the host on Friday Through a YouTube video where he announced his partnership with WW, Weight Watchers, to start the year in a new fresh and healthy way.
He also invited people to join him in this new resolution, sharing that he will be giving $ 100,000 to those who have it hard to pay the membership right now. The 42 year old Broadway actor also stated that it's not only about loosing weight but about welness :
"I want to change the way that I live. I want to be better for my children and for my family," he shared in a press release. "I don't want to wake up tired, or feel embarrassed when I'm chasing my son on the soccer field and out of breath after three minutes. The weight is not the issue, it's the wellness of it I am ready to tackle. I'm going to take this year and work towards getting healthy."
We wish the best to the talented actor and hope he reaches his goal of becoming a healthier person for his family and for becoming a better role model to his fans.
