The cookbook author decided to quit drinking back in December after the death of her son Jack.
Chrissy Teigen has been taking it one day at a time. The 35-year-old cookbook author celebrated 10 weeks of sobriety on Sunday, sharing on her Instagram account a screenshot of a tracking app, which put her "sober streak" at 70 days.
"10 weeks woopwoop!!!!", she captioned her post.
Teigen previosly hit another major milestone in her sobriety journey earlier this month, when she marked 50 days of being completely clear-headed. "It should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road", she wrote on Instagram at the time.
"This is my longest streak yet! I still dunno if I'll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don't get more fun, I don't dance, I don't get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night", she added. "I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly."
Back in December, Teigen revealed that she decided to quit drinking following the death of her son Jack a few months prior. At the time, she explained that she had been trying to stay sober ever since reading Quit Like a Woman —gifted to her by Holly Whitaker, the author.
However, the former model admitted earlier this year that she still feels the temptation to indulge in her bad habits.
"I don't really feel like I fully processed Jack and now that I don't have the alcohol to numb it away, things are just… there, waiting to be acknowledged", Teigen wrote in August while reflecting on the past year. "I guess what I'm saying here is life is so f—ing complicated."
