The 24-year-old actress revealed some things about the new season of HBO's show and, spoiler alert, it ain't gonna be pretty!
Zendaya opened up about what to expect on the upcoming season of Euphoria, and spolier alerttt: it's gonna be a hard one! In one of her latest interviews, the 24-year-old actress revealed that the 2nd season of the show will be "difficult" and "intense."
"It's very personal not only to ourselves and all the people who work on it, but also to other people who have been able to relate so deeply with the characters or see their experiences being reflected through Rue," the Malcolm & Marie star said.
It's gonna be hard, and it's gonna be devastating sometimes.
Euphoria's season 2 is set to pick up as Rue's love interest Jules -played by Hunter Schafer- left her at the train station, and she appears to go back to her coping mechanism of drug abuse spiraling into what many thought to be a relapse.
Zendaya went on to explain the upcoming season's filming was "very challenging." "It's gonna be hard, and it's gonna be devastating sometimes," she explained, "But I think Rue really deserves all of that care when it comes to her character, because I think she represents a lot to many people."
