The popstar also talked about divorce and loss in a recent interview.
Miley Cyrus is known for lifting up her voice and being unapologetic and, in the last year, she hasn't been afraid to talk about her private life too. That's why during a recent interview with host Fredrik Skavlan she talked about everything: from her divorce, to the trauma of losing her house to a fire in Malibu, California.
"I've gone through a lot of trauma of loss in the last couple of years: I had a house fire in Malibu where I lost my house, I went through a divorce [to Liam Hemsworth], recently I lost my grandma who I was super close with", she stated. But even though it was hard on her, she confessed she didn't spend "time crying over it" because it just "wasn't gonna change anything".
When Skavlan asked her what would she save from a fire if she could only take ONE thing, she said: "My Elvis shrine! I had a shrine to Elvis and I said goodnight to him every single night", she answered and added: "I'm really weird!".
Also, when the interviewer asked her if she is getting more or less emotional with time, Cyrus answered it depended on which "dude [she'd] broken up with". "They'll say less, but I think more. I would say that there's a stigma for a woman who really moves on", she added.
