Nicole Kidman is celebrating the 20th anniversary of Moulin Rouge!
On Monday, the actress shared on Instagram a few of her favorite memories of the film, in which she played Satine, ahead of its 20-year anniversary.
"Some of my favorite memories from #MoulinRouge!", she captioned a series of snapshots, before adding one of her most memorable lines from the movie. "The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love, and be loved in return ❤️ 20th anniversary is tomorrow!"
Moulin Rouge, which also starred Ewan McGregor, premiered in 2001 at the Cannes Film Festival. The film received critical praise and later scored eight Oscar nominations at the 74th Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Actress for Kidman's role.
Director Baz Luhrmann also celebrated Moulin Rouge's milestone anniversary last week, sharing several post that gave an inside look at the creative project that brought the movie to life.
