Khloé Kardashian revealed she's having some hard conversations with her daughter True Thompson about race, inclusion and racism! "I have to educate her as best as I can while still educating myself at the same time," the reality TV star stated, and opened up about her experience being a mom to a young girl who will become a grown, Black woman.
While the 37-year-old entrepeneur and Tristan Thompson might not be together anymore, they share their daughter True. That's why Khloé's having some important conversations with her daughter about being biracial.
"I will be always learning and trying to do the best I can do as being her mom, but I'm obviously not a woman of color," she added, "But I do want her to be exposed to as much inclusion and variety as possible."
Also, she stated that she wants her daughter to explore this things as she doesn't want her daughter to live in a bubble due to the privileges they have, or be shocked when she grows up about the hard realities people of color have to face in the world.
"I know some people get uncomfortable when talking to their kids about race, or they think that we live in a bubble and we never have to address that my child is Black," Khloé continued, "I mean, of course you do, and you're only setting them out for failure if you don't talk about race."
