Although Demi Lovato hasn't got that special someone in their life right now, they know that they will open once love knocks on their door. The 29-year-old singer recently opened up about not giving up on love even after going through several public breakups while answering fan questions during a road trip.
When asked how they continue to remain hopeful about love after "a lot of very bad experiences", Lovato answered, "Love is the most important thing in the universe. I'll never stop believing in it even when I want so badly to give up on it."
Another fan simply wrote "date me please", to which the hitmaker replied, "I'm so single. Don't tempt me."
During the Q&A, Lovato also revealed that they have no plans on releasing new music anytime soon but they would love to collaborate with Lizzo, and gave an encouraging response to a fan who asked "How can I believe in the good in people after seeing so much hate in this world?"
"Because if we don't believe then who will?", Lovato wrote. "We can turn this planet around... if we get enough people to expand their consciousness, the rest will follow. I believe it."
The singer's reponses to fan questions about finding love come nearly a year after their split from former fiancé Max Ehrich, whom they dated for only six months. Following their split, Lovato said that they were "just too queer" to be with a cisgender man.
