Cardi B is looking back on the moment she and husband Offset found out that they were expecting their second child together.
On Tuesday, the 28-year-old rapper made an appearance on the live radio app Stationhead, where she revealed how she broke the baby news to her partner and how he reacted.
Cardi first noticed the symptoms of her pregnancy two weeks before her performance with Megan Thee Stallion at the 2021 Grammy Awards. She said that during rehearsals her "mouth started to get watery" and she began experiencing headaches as well as motion sickness.
"I think I'm pregnant, bro!", she told Offset at the time.
The couple, who also share 3-year-old daughter Kulture, then confirmed their suspicions with a pregnancy test and began laughing. "We just started laughing like, 'Lord, we have so much to do'", she recalled.
During the interview, Cardi also shared her excitement about their baby on the way, saying, "There is something so dear about this pregnancy and I feel like I'm starting a new chapter, and I'm happy about that."
The "WAP" hitmaker revealed the news while performing with Offset and his group, Migos, at this year's BET Awards in June. She also announced her pregnancy with a sweet photo on Instagram. See it here!
